Summary: How to use the Cisco Jabber Client on and iPhone or iPad.
Note: The Cisco Jabber Client is only available for the iPhone or iPad running iOS 9.0 or later, or select supported Android devices.
In order to use the Cisco Jabber Client, you must first request access. To be setup in Adlai E. Stevenson High School's phone system, with access to the Cisco Jabber Client, visit the Stevenson WebHelpDesk system, and submit a ticket under the Services & Software Support > Phone & Voicemail > Cisco Jabber Request category.
Once your WebHelpDesk ticket is complete, and you are setup in Adlai E. Stevenson High School's phone system, you can search for, and download, the Cisco Jabber Client from the Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices).

To use the Cisco Jabber Client, tap the Jabber app to launch.
When the Cisco Jabber Client opens, enter your FULL d125.org email address, and tap Continue. This will take a moment, as the Cisco Jabber Client is going through an auto-configuration.
On the next screen, enter your AESHS username and password, and tap Sign In.

Please note that when making calls from the Cisco Jabber Client, it's as if you are making a call from a phone on Stevenson's campus. Therefore, you only need to dial the 4-digit extension to call a number inside the building. To dial an external number, you will need to dial 7, then the phone number you are calling.
