AESHS WiFi Network Information

Adlai E. Stevenson High School has four primary WiFi networks (SSIDs) within the building. Depending on the device you are connecting with, and whether you are an employee, student, visitor, or guest, will determine which network you can connect to.

d125_employee: The d125_employee WiFi network (SSID) is a secure wireless network available campus-wide, and is the default WiFi network for AESHS employees and their devices. This network will connect Stevenson-owned devices, such as laptops and iPads, as well as employee-owned personal devices, such as mobile phones.

d125_student: The d125_student WiFi network (SSID) is a secure wireless network available campus-wide, and is the default wireless network for students and their devices. This network will connect Stevenson-owned student devices, such as iPads and laptops, and also allow Stevenson-owned employee devices to connect.

d125_visitor: The d125_visitor WiFi network (SSID) is a secure wireless network available campus-wide. Visitors, presenters, etc. who come into Stevenson, and need wireless Internet access, will be able to obtain a temporary username and password to access this wireless network.

d125_public: The d125_public WiFi network is an open, non-secure WiFi network, availably ONLY in common areas (eg. East/West Commons areas, District Office, Sports Center and Field House, PAC, etc.). For tips on using an open, non-secure WiFi network, please visit OnlineGuard.gov.

Directions for connecting to the d125_public WiFi network will vary depending on your device.

Please note that the d125_public wireless network is an open, non-secure wireless network. Additionally, the d125_public wireless network is more strictly filtered, as it is an open network. Therefore, all websites or services you wish to use may not be available. For more information on using open, non-secure WiFi networks, please visit OnlineGuard.gov.

 Additional WiFi Information

Directions for connecting to WiFi networks will vary depending on your device. Please consult your device's manual for instructions on connecting.

Please note the d125_public and d125_visitor SSIDs are open, non-secure wireless networks. These wireless networks are more strictly filtered, therefore, all websites or services you wish to use may not be available.

For more information on using open, non-secure WiFi networks, please visit OnlineGuard.gov.
