Summary: Instructions on how to reset your Stevenson password in the event you have forgotten it.
When resetting a forgotten Stevenson password, you will need access to two of the following...
Open a web browser, and visit https://myapps.microsoft.com.
Your web browser will be redirected to a Microsoft Azure login. On the initial screen, enter your d125.org email address in the text field, and click the Continue button.
If you have created a personal Microsoft account with your d125.org email address, the Microsoft Azure system may ask if you wish to login with a Work or school account or a Personal account. If you are presented with this option, click the Work or school account (Created by your IT department) box.
The Microsoft Azure system will find your Work/School d125.org email account in the system, and a Stevenson logo should appear on the page. In the Email or Phone field, enter your d125.org email account. Below the Sign in button, click the Can't access your account? link, then click the Work or school account link.
To get back into your account, enter your d125.org email address in the User ID field (if it is not already pre-filled), enter the characters of the CAPTCHA in the field below, then click the Next button.
Next, select the I forgot my password button, then click the Next button.
In order to reset your password, you will now be required to verify your identity with the mobile phone number and personal email address you registered with Microsoft Azure.
Follow the steps on-screen steps to send a verification code to two of the following devices...
Enter each received verification code, and proceed to the next step, until you will come to the step to reset your password.
Enter and confirm your new password in the respective fields (note that your password must meet Stevenson's password requirements), and click the Finish button.
Your Stevenson password has now been reset, and you may close your web browser. Please note, it may take a couple minutes before your new password becomes active.
