Summary: If you have been given delegate (shared) access to a Gmail mailbox, you can follow these instructions to access that delegated mailbox.
What is a delegated (shared) mailbox?
A delegated mailbox is a shared email account/mailbox, that can be accessed from those accounts with which it is shared. There is no username or password associated with the account/mailbox, so it cannot be logged into on it's own, and it can only be accessed from a web browser.
NOTE: Delegated mailboxes cannot be accessed from mail apps on mobile devices (eg. iOS Mail app), only from a web browser.
Access a Delegated Mailbox
Log into Gmail with your personal d125.org email account.
Click on your Google account image in the top right corner of your Gmail window.
A drop-down menu will appear, and if you have been given delegate access to a mailbox, you will see the mailbox listed with (delegated) after the email address. Click on the delegated account.
The delegated account/mailbox will then open in a new tab or window (depending on your web browser settings). It will look just like another Gmail inbox, but it will NOT include the following:
Google Drive/Docs, Calendar, Google Hangouts/Chat, Google Sites, Gmail Themes, Gmail Labs, Access to Account Settings
